Estimated 2–5 business days after confirmed payment and usable files, your memory book arrives by email as a polished PDF. Source files are deleted within 30 days after final delivery, unless you request earlier deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.

Used only to make your book
Your chat export is read for one purpose: creating the book you ordered. It is never sold, shared or used to train anything.

Source files are deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless you ask for earlier deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.

Books are made by hand. Only the person building your book ever opens the file, and you can ask us to skip any topic entirely.
