What you're buying

A personalised digital product: a designed memory book (PDF) made from the messages, notes and photos you choose to send. Choose a Couple, Best Friend, Family, Travel, Baby, Wedding, Parent, Pet, Birthday or Long Distance Story; package extras depend on your selection. Nothing is printed or shipped.

• Digital Story — €19 EUR: PDF memory book with timeline, first messages, milestones, word and emoji statistics, and selected quotes.
• Story+ — €29 EUR: Digital Story plus 3 phone wallpapers, extra statistics and chapters, and photo pages for up to 20 photos.
• Premium — €49 EUR: Story+ plus an extended book (up to 60 pages), written narrative, priority handling, one round of manual refinement and print-ready export.

Ordering

A purchase is made through Mollie's hosted checkout. We email you instructions for voluntarily sending usable source material after payment is confirmed. When online checkout is unavailable, sending an email request is not a purchase; we will reply with the next steps before any payment. We do not ask for chat files in the order form.

Turnaround

Estimated delivery by email is 2–5 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of usable source material. Premium orders receive priority handling. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; we will contact you if we expect a delay. If you do not request early work, fulfilment may wait until the withdrawal period ends.

Revisions

• Premium includes one round of manual refinement.
• For Digital Story and Story+, contact us about small factual errors; we will handle reasonable corrections, but unlimited revisions are not included.
• Rebuilding from different source material is not part of the original order.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the conversation and photos you send. They remain yours; we use them only to make your book.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. If you expressly request that we begin personalised work during that period, starting work can affect your right to withdraw under applicable law. Checking that request does not mean you automatically lose all rights. If you do not request early work, we may wait until the withdrawal period ends before starting. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or withdraw; we will assess your request under applicable consumer law and let you know the outcome. Defective or non-conforming digital content remains covered by your statutory rights.
